White Chocolate Raspberry Profiteroles
Hi!! Come bake with me this weekend for Valentine’s Day or Super Bowl. We’ll be making choux dough (for cream puffs aka profiteroles), a delicious airy raspberry cheesecake mousse filing, and a white chocolate ganache. We’ll make these components and then assemble them. The beauty of this recipe is that you can assemble as many or as few as you’d like. Make them for Valentine’s day as well as Super Bowl.
Class date - February 12th 2022
Class time - 3pm to 5pm

You’ll receive a purchase list/recipe/zoom link on Friday February 11th, 2022.
No specialty ingredients required, basic baking ingredients.
Tools needed - food processor, piping bag or large ziplock freezer bag, sheet pan, parchment paper, spatula, whisk, large bowl, hand held or stand mixer.
P.S. I used edible flowers and freeze dried raspberries as garnish, you’re welcome to source some as well.
